Phil's wife, Sian, became first friend in Blunsdon when I moved there aged 7. We kept in touch and, after Sian sadly passed away, Phil kept in touch every Christmas to let me know how he and their three boys were. I am so sorry to see that he has passed away. Phil was a lovely man whose family were always his top priority.
